Iโ€™m Prathyusha, a Telematics and Validation Engineer with 4+ years of experience in automotive software testing, embedded systems, and real-time system validation. I specialize in validating connected vehicle features, EV services, and infotainment systems, working at the intersection of software, hardware, and cloud platforms.

In my current role at Volkswagen Group of America, I focus on end-to-end validation of telematics systemsโ€”testing vehicle-to-cloud communication, mobile app integrations, and in-vehicle ECUs across CAN and Ethernet networks. I work closely with cross-functional teams to debug issues, analyze logs (ADB, DLT, ESO), and drive defects to resolution, ensuring systems are production-ready under real-world conditions.

Iโ€™ve also been leveraging Python, Pytest Framework to reduce manual testing effort and improve validation efficiency. My work involves API testing, ECU diagnostics, software flashing, and performance benchmarking to ensure reliability, security, and seamless user experience across connected platforms

Previously at Ford Motor Company, I worked on OTA validation and EV features like Plug & Charge and remote vehicle services, focusing on system reliability, regression testing, and faster defect resolution through effective log analysis and debugging.

I completed my Masterโ€™s in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University, building a strong foundation in embedded systems and communication technologies, after earning my Bachelorโ€™s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KL University.

I enjoy breaking down complex system-level problems, identifying root causes, and improving validation processes. Right now, Iโ€™m focused on strengthening my skills in automation, backend validation, and modern connected vehicle technologies to build more scalable and efficient testing solutions.
